Colour Choices

PLEASE NOTE: With our Landlord Package Full House Deal the carpets must be paid for at 50% upfront and 50% on the day of completion. All prices include carpet adhesives and door trims in a choice of Chrome or Brass colour. There is an additional charge of £10 per room if you require us to remove all waste from the property after completion. There is an additional stair charge of £55 for properties with 2 flights of stairs. We can supply and fit vinyl flooring to bathrooms and kitchens from £9 per square meter.
