Moore’s Carpets was established in November 2010. We started supplying and fitting carpets and vinyls for the public, then progressed into commercial areas such as nursing homes, schools and pubs. In 2012 we then expanded into retailing wallpaper with the view that people can choose their carpet and match their wallpaper under one roof. Now we have a fully stocked showroom of wood, laminate flooring and rugs.
Coming soon is a paint mixing machine so you can browse our vast selection of carpets and wallpaper in stock and once you have chosen, we can then mix the paint to match your preference.
We pride ourselves on giving you the service you require to give you the ideal homely feeling!
Do we have a free measuring service?
Yes we do, at anytime convenient for you between 9:30am and 6:00pm from Monday to Friday.
Do we move furniture?
Moving furniture is not a problem as long as you tell us on the day of booking in, we can send enough men to move it for you. All that is required is the the small/Valuable items to be removed before hand.
Do we take old carpets away?
We do take away old carpet away for approximately £40 a room to cover the cost of the skips.
Can you do a chose at home service?
We offer a free measuring and estimating service, if you give us an idea of the colour and type of flooring you require ( e.g beige carpet / oak laminate) we can bring multiple of samples of different qualities and price ranges to suit your budget to your home and give you a free quotation on the spot.
Why should we replace our underlay?
Replacing underlay isn’t always necessary but would be advisable if it has been down for a number of years due to having a shelf life. If you put a new carpet on top of an old underlay, the underlay will be worn out before the carpet.
